Luis came to my house and gave me an estimate and then returned to do the work a few days later.
I had deeply embedded grease stains in my granite counter top. Luis was able to apply a poultice and remove the stains completely.
After he finished this process, he buffed the surface of the granite and back splash; it turned out great! Honestly, it looks like new.
In addition to this, Luis is really good about getting back on email and text message. This company is great!

I requested a quote through Yelp and Luis was the first vendor to reach out to me. Not only was he polite and professional, but more importantly his quote was reasonable and competitive. He came on time with his brother and they were very respectful of the house, laying down plastic on the floors wherever they walked. They worked diligently from 8am – 2pm without a lunch break to accommodate my schedule since I had to leave by 2:30 for an appointment. The did a phenomenal job on the travertine kitchen floor and marble tile bathrooms. I could not have asked for better service!! Thank you Luis for turning this cynic into a believer that great customer service still exists!! 🙂

Believe the reviews – they’re true!
Luis did not try to oversell.  He told me upfront the tile grout was in great shape and didn’t need resealing.  He suggested polishing the marble in addition to sealing.  At first I was hesitant because of the cost and dust, but when he showed me the difference between the counter and backsplash I knew he was right.  They totally sealed off the kitchen with plastic and covered everything as promised and there was no dust at all. He and his assistant were fantastic and the polished marble countertops in the kitchen and bath and look like new. They also did some caulking around the tub.  I highly recommend them.
